How to cure Carpel Tunnel.

This true story happened last year.
An older friend came by one day and as we talked he stated that he had just left the doctor and the doctor said to come back in two weeks and we will decide whether or not to operate on your wrists. They looked pretty bad and it really hurt for him to use them. His carpel tunnel was serious.
